The personal data in this form and any other such data that the Group may collect for yourself and the young Member will be used only for the following purposes:
- To keep up to date the coordinates of the 1st Hong Kong Group “Saint Francois Xavier” and 2nd Hong Kong Holy Group “Anne Wang”.
- To facilitate communication between the 1st Hong Kong Group “Saint Francois Xavier” and the 2nd Hong Kong Sainte “Anne Wang” Group, the Young Members and their parents.
- To process membership requests.
- To make and / or process requests to participate in scouting activities in Hong Kong and abroad.
- To register Young Members with third party organizations for their participation in activities to be organized with these third parties.
- To provide your personal data and that of the Young Member to CCFHK and AGSE in the context of Scouting activities.
- To share with other members and their parents photos and videos of activities which may include the Young Member, using Whatsapp, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, YouTube and other such media. The Group may also include photos of the Young Member in (i) the annual report for inclusion in the CCFHK annual report, and (ii) in our annual report for inclusion in the AGSE annual report, and these photos may include images of the Young Member.
- For other purposes directly related to scouting activities.
The Group may also keep certain personal data for you and the Young Member after the latter has ceased to be a member in case the Group need to contact him you or his parents.
Under the Personal Data (Confidentiality) Ordinance (Chapter 486), you have the right to request access to your personal data kept by either the 1st Hong Kong Group “Saint Francois Xavier” or 2nd Hong Kong Holy Group “Anne Wang” and to request its rectification. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Leaders.
